Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on padu88. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

Users are solely responsible for the security of their account username and password. padu88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential. Users are advised to:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account
• Never share your login credentials with anyone
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Promptly reporting to the support team if unauthorised access to their account is suspected

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. padu88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the account verification (KYC) process. Accounts that cannot be verified or that have provided false information may be suspended or closed.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR

All transactions on the padu88 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited and may result in transactions being declined and accounts suspended.

Successful deposits are typically credited to the user's account within a short timeframe, depending on the payment method used. For withdrawals, padu88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits or for accounts that have not completed the full KYC process.

Padu88 does not bear any charges imposed by financial institutions or third-party payment providers. Users are advised to check for any fees that may be applied by their bank or e-wallet provider before making a transaction. Should any dispute arise regarding a transaction, users must contact the padu88 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Padu88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation will not be entitled to any refund of account balances associated with the violating activity. For account closures requested by the user, any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the appropriate review.

Changes to These Terms

Padu88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Any material changes will be announced on the platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Users who continue to use the platform after such changes are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
